Hi Everyone,
Thank you again for your patience and support. Finally, the majority of skillets have now been shipped and we are working hard to ship all of the remaining orders ASAP. If you are still waiting to receive yours, below we have a detailed update of the delivery timeline for each region.
United States & Canada - All of the skillets and accessories have arrived at the US warehouse and the majority of orders have already been shipped out. We expect that the final remaining orders will be shipped out within the next 10 days. We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number your order will take approximately 7-10 days to arrive.
Europe - After some frustrating customs delays, all of the skillets and accessories have finally arrived in the EU / UK fulfillment center warehouse. Our fulfillment partner is now preparing all of the orders to ship out ASAP and we expect that all orders should be shipped out within the next 10-14 days. We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We expect delivery will take less than 10 days once it has left the warehouse.
Australia - After some frustrating shipping delays, the skillets and accessories are finally on track to be delivered to the fulfillment center warehouse this week. Once they arrive in the warehouse, each individual order will be packed up and shipped out as soon as possible. We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We expect delivery will take less than 7 days once it has left the warehouse and all orders should be shipped out by the end of January.
Asia - All orders from the first batch have already been shipped. If you have not yet received your order or your tracking number it might be because we didn’t receive a response to your BackerKit survey or we received your response after November 19. If you responded to the survey later than November 19 your order will be processed in the second batch, and will likely be shipped out within the next 2 weeks.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you again for your patience while we work hard to deliver your skillets as quickly as possible. Below we have a detailed update of the delivery timeline for each region.
United States & Canada - The majority of the skillets and accessories have finally arrived at the US warehouse today. Our fulfillment partner will begin packing and preparing orders right away and we expect the first orders will begin shipping out within the next 10 days. We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number your order will take approximately 7-10 days to arrive.
The final shipment to the US warehouse has unfortunately been delayed further due to shipping congestion and is now expected to arrive in the US fulfillment warehouse in early January. Unfortunately, this means that some orders will only be able to ship out in the second or third week of January.
While we aren’t able to control the sequence in which orders are shipped, we will be pushing our fulfillment partner to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Europe - The EU shipment is on track to be delivered to our EU / UK fulfillment center warehouse by December 23. Once the skillets and accessories arrive in the warehouse, each individual order will be packed up and shipped out as soon as possible.
We expect the first orders will begin shipping out by the end of December, and we will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We expect delivery will take less than 10 days once it has left the warehouse.
Australia - The AU shipment is on track to be delivered to our AU fulfillment center warehouse by the end of December. Once the skillets and accessories arrive in the warehouse, each individual order will be packed up and shipped out as soon as possible.

We have an important update today, to let you know that the deadline for completing the BackerKit survey is fast approaching. If your BackerKit survey is not completed by November 16 at 10:59pm PST, we won’t be able to include your order in the first batch of shipping. Your shipping address will also be locked at this time.

Shipping Update
Thank you again for your patience while we work hard to deliver your skillets as quickly as possible. We’ve made a lot of progress, but unfortunately we have been informed of some additional delays due to the unprecedented shipping congestion. We have a detailed update of the delivery timeline for each region below.
United States & Canada - The majority of the skillets and accessories are due to arrive in the US fulfillment center warehouse by November 23, in line with the schedule shared last month. Once they arrive in the warehouse our fulfillment partner will begin packing and preparing orders as quickly as possible. We expect the first orders will begin shipping out by the end of November. We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately the final shipment of skillets to the US warehouse has been delayed due to shipping congestion and is now expected to arrive in the US fulfillment warehouse by December 18. This means that some orders will only be able to ship towards the end of December.
While we aren’t able to control the sequence in which orders are shipped, we will be pushing our fulfillment partner to have all orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Hi Everyone,
Hope you’re doing well. We’re excited to let you know that production is now complete! We are extremely pleased with the quality of the skillets and we can’t wait to get them into your hands.
For the past month, we have been working hard on making the final arrangements for shipping. We have been pushing our freight partners for the best possible schedule, but unfortunately due to the global shipping situation, we have been told to expect some small, but frustrating delays in getting the skillets to each of our fulfillment centers. Below is a detailed update of the delivery schedule for each region based on the timelines we have been given.
United States & Canada - All skillets and accessories are now scheduled to be delivered to our US fulfillment center warehouse by the middle of November. Once they arrive in the warehouse each individual order will be packed up and shipped out as soon as possible. We anticipate that tracking numbers will start being sent out before the end of November, with the skillets being delivered shortly after in both the US and Canada.
Europe - All skillets and accessories are now scheduled to be delivered to our EU & UK fulfillment center warehouse by the end of November. Once they arrive in the warehouse each individual order will be packed up and shipped out as soon as possible. We anticipate that tracking numbers will start being sent out in the first or second week of December, with the skillets being delivered shortly after.

The whole team has been working extremely hard to beat our delivery schedule so we are frustrated about this short shipping delay, but we will continue to do everything we can to get your Prepd Chef Skillets in hand as soon as possible. Hi Everyone,
Production is underway and now moving at full speed! In fact, production is already 50% complete and we are on schedule! We are extremely happy with the progress and the quality of the skillets.
The skillet lids production is also moving along at a good pace. The production of all other accessories is already complete!
BackerKit Update
Over 90% of BackerKit surveys have been completed and orders have now been locked. If you are moving within the next 2 months you are still able to change your delivery address by going to https://prepd-chef-skillet-igg.backerkit.com/ and entering your email address that is connected to your Indiegogo account. We will notify you when addresses will be locked for shipping.
